Remember — cashback applies only to net losses. If your total winnings exceed your total losses in any given week, no cashback will be awarded for that week.
So if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. At the Diamond tier, the same loss would give ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
